Transformation of an existing 8 storey car park building into a luxury residential development.
The existing garage built in 1965 is stripped out, excavated, and is turned into a residential complex comprising 26 loft-style units surrounded by green spaces, offering generous ceiling heights and terraces with a mix of glass and wood as the outer skin.
